Please check your purchases within a short time following delivery and contact us immediately if there are any problems. The Distance Selling Regulations says you have the right to cancel your order of standard products within 7 working days of delivery. A full refund of the purchase price of your order will be given, provided you notify us in writing of your intent to cancel and return the item or items to us at your own cost and risk, in the same condition as you received them. If we have no communication from you within 7 days of delivery, we will know you have no problem with your goods.
Some of our products are made to customer specification (personalisation etc.) and it will not be possible to return these items once you have committed to purchase.
In the event of your product being damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we can arrange a replacement. Postal costs for returning the damaged bear will be incurred by the customer.
Care instructions are enclosed with each item and should be adhered to. Teddy Scentsations will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer.
Delivery of your bear should take approximately 2-3 weeks but this could rise to 5 weeks at peak times.
If your order is for a specific date please email us for the approximate delivery time in advance of ordering to avoid disappointment.
